Harry Kazakian is a licensed private investigator and independent claims adjuster with over 35 years of experience in litigation support and investigative services. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of USA Express, Inc., one of the first legal support and investigative service firms established in Los Angeles in 1998. Under his leadership, the company has expanded into a nationally recognized firm with offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco, serving thousands of attorneys and clients across the United States.
Harry began his professional journey in the insurance industry, spending over two decades as a claims adjuster for a major carrier. He was an integral part of an automotive special investigations unit that handled high-exposure cases involving catastrophic injuries and complex insurance issues. He also worked for more than a decade as an EMT and first responder, gaining valuable on-the-ground experience with trauma and accident scenes.
Over the course of his career, Harry has mediated more than 4,000 cases and has provided expert testimony in both civil and criminal matters. His diverse background—including work in claims management, litigation support, and emergency response—gives him unique insight into personal injury and wrongful death cases, particularly those involving governmental entity liability and catastrophic injuries.
Harry is known not only for his depth of experience but also for his dedication to professional excellence. In 2025, he was recognized by the International Association of Top Professionals with both the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Investigator of the Year Award for his contributions to the private investigations industry.
