He will be formally recognized at IAOTP’s Annual Awards Gala this December at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.
With nearly 40 years of professional experience, Harry is widely regarded as a leader in investigative and legal support services. He co-founded USA Express, Inc. in 1998 with his wife, launching the company from their garage. Today, he oversees a team of over 130 professionals operating from the 12th floor of a downtown Los Angeles high-rise. Under his leadership, the company has expanded to serve over 20,000 clients nationwide and is continuing to grow internationally.
Harry is a licensed private investigator and Independent Claims Adjuster certified by the California Department of Insurance. He has personally mediated more than 4,000 cases and has provided expert testimony in numerous legal matters. Before dedicating himself full-time to USA Express, Inc., he worked for 21 years as a claims adjuster with The Automobile Club of Southern California and spent 10 years as a Los Angeles EMT and first responder.
